We have two corridors with 35 small apartments centrally located in Uppsala. Each apartment has a private bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette with stove and fridge (is not possible to do heavy cooking in the apartments). Kitchen equipment is provided. There are common kitchens and laundry rooms in both corridors. These apartments have not been renovated and they are currently offered only for a short period. Food store, ICA Luthagens Livs, is located in the same building and the city centre is within 10 minutes walk.
Monthly rent for 1 room apartments is from SEK 5 462 furnished for 1 person.
Monthly rent for 2 room apartments is approximately SEK 7 779 furnished for 2 persons.
Furnishings, heating, electricity and broadband is included in the rent.

You need a TP-cable to connect your computer to the internet, wifi is not provided. The location of the socket differs in all apartments, you will find it about 30 cm from the floor. Instructions are also given in the information you receive when you checked in.
There are a few parking lots. Please Contact the housing office for availability.
There is a bicycle room for storage of bikes in the basement. When you pick up your keys you will also receive a grey key tag that opens the door.
The garbage room is in the basement and you need to walk quite a bit. Just follow the signs. Waste in Uppsala must be sorted in categories – glass, metal, newspaper, cardboard, plastics, organic or combustible waste.
After using the common kitchen, please take care of all your belongings and make sure that you leave it clean and tidy.
There are laundry rooms on both floors. Reservations are made on a list. After using the laundry, please leave the laundry clean and tidy. Don’t forget to Clean the filter in the dryer after use.
All apartments are protected with an automatic fire alarm. Since detectors are placed in the ceilings in all apartments, you must be careful when using the stove or micro in your kitchenette. Activating the fire alarm can generate extra costs to the tenant. It is not allowed to take down the smoke detector.
The tenant is responsible for having an appropriate home insurance.
