Availability

Uppsala

We are currently accepting applications for student accommodation vacancies in Uppsala. We can offer contracts from the autumn of 2024 until July 31, 2025, at the longest.

Campus Gotland/Visby

We are currently accepting applications for student accommodation vacancies in Visby. We can offer contracts from the autumn semester of 2024 until June 11, 2025, at the longest.

Important information!

  • We do not have a queueing system for vacancy contracts and we process applications as they come in.
  • However, we will prioritize applications for longer periods over shorter stays.
  • You will need to arrange for home insurance yourself.
  • All our apartments and student rooms are furnished.

Who can apply?

UUHO has an assignment to provide accommodation for certain groups of international students. Sometimes we have more rooms available than is needed to fullfill that assignment and are happy to offer them to other categories of applicants who are not included in our main assignment.

Examples of categories that are very welcome to apply for a Student Accommodation Vacancy through our office:

  • European master students who do not pay tuition fees to study at UU
  • Exchange students whose receiving department at UU is not allocated any of our rooms
  • Students on internships
  • Thesis writers
  • Other international students
  • Swedish students
  • Students at SLU
