V-Dala Nation

Västmanlands-Dala Nation, also called V-Dala Nation, is a student society. Via V-Dala student nation UUHO offers ten rooms, located in different parts of Uppsala. Because of the small number of rooms, the chance of getting one of these rooms is quite small compared with other UUHO residential areas.

Membership with V-Dala

You have to become a member of V-Dala nation in order to stay in these accommodations. You can join the nation after your arrival in Uppsala by visiting the nation.

Monthly rent includes

The monthly rent includes:

  • Heating (normal consumption)
  • Internet (normal consumption)
  • Electricity
  • Water

 

Rents are adjusted yearly, normally during spring.

Facilities in the rooms/corridor

Karlsrogatan 3: three rooms in corridor. The rooms are 19 square meters and has a private bathroom (shower). Kitchen is shared between the tenants in the corridor.

Luthagsesplananden 83 and 91: two private one-room apartments. The apartments are about 28 square meters and have private kitchen and bathroom.

Luthagsesplananden 27B: two rooms in a miniature corridor where only the two students share a kitchen and a bathroom.

S:T Johannesgatan 30F: one room in corridor of 8 student rooms. The room is 22 square meters and has a private bathroom (shower). Kitchen is shared between the 8 tenants.

Svartmangatan 14: two rooms in corridor with 6 or 7 rooms. The rooms are 19 square meters and have private bathroom (shower). Kitchen is shared between all tenants in the corridor.

Internet access

Internet is provided by an external supplier. Wifi is not provided in the rooms, internet access is provided by connecting a network cable to the wall outlet. Network cable is not included.
