Mejerigatan 4-7

Mejerigatan is located just outside Söderport (south gate) of the Visby city wall and is approximately 1 km from Uppsala University - Campus Gotland. Mejerigatan is one of the larger student residential areas in Visby and contains a total of 159 apartments. The apartments on Mejerigatan 5-7 are placed in a 4-floor-high building built in between 1995 and 1999. Mejerigatan is also close to the shopping area Östercentrum and the main bus station.

Rents are adjusted yearly, normally in the beginning of the year.

Facilities in the rooms/corridor

Kitchen:
Studio apartments comes with a small kitchenette consisting of two stove plates, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a kitchen sink. There is a larger common kitchen on every floor.

In corridor rooms, the four tenants of the corridor share a kitchen.

Bathroom:
Studio apartments have private WC and shower in each room.

Corridor rooms share WC and shower within the corridor.

Internet access

Internet is provided by an external supplier.

In stuido apartments wifi is not provided, internet access is provided by connecting a network cable to the wall outlet or bringing your own router. Network cable is not included.

In the corridors at Mejerigatan 4 there is a router in the common area.
