Important information to tenants
During autumn 2026, the properties at Sernanders Väg 1–4 will undergo renovation work on the façades and balconies.
The work is planned to begin during 2026, but the exact start date has not yet been confirmed.
Once the date is confirmed, we will send out more detailed information regarding the schedule, the work to be carried out, and how the renovation may affect the living environment during the project period.
