Construction work at Klostergatan 16

The courtyard is closed since July 2021 and will open again during the summer/fall of 2024. Fences will be set up around the courtyard, towards parts of Dragarbrunnsgatan, Klostergatan and S:t Olofsgatan. For your and others’ safety you are not allowed to enter areas which are blocked by fences.

They work weekdays from 7am to 8pm. Construction work will be performed between 7am to 6pm and noise and disturbances will be minimized as much as possible but will occur.

We will keep you updated along the way.

At the same time as the cinema is being built, we will have our facade renovated. This will include extensive work, which will entail, among other things, that some of you have to change rooms. The houseowner will also replace the windows in each room. There will also be noise involved. We will send out more information to tenants that are affected by the facade renovation closer to the project start. This work will start in June 2023 and preliminary end will be beginning of fall of 2024.

• Renovation of our facade – will be going on until beginning of fall of 2024.
• There will be demolition ongoing all week-days, some level of noises will occur.
• From November 14th the entrance on Dragarbrunnsgatan will be closed and can only be used as an emergency exit.
• There is scaffolding on the facade facing the outside.
• The last part of the facade renovation is plastering of the facade. During this period each window will be covered with plastic for protection. This will be approximatley 6-8 weeks.
