2,5 room apartment in Höganäs
I am renting out my apartment in Uppsala, as I have moved to Stockholm. It is a 2,5 room apartment of 69 sqm in Höganäs, a calm neighbourhood from the 20’s and 30’s a 5 min walk from the city centre and 10 min away from the railway station.
I’ve enjoyed the convenience with the Kvarnen mall (with restaurants, supermarket, post-office and Systembolaget), Triller bakery as well as a the court yard of the house in the summers.
Since 2015 and onwards the apartment has been renovated with remade ceilings, walls and floors, and fridge/freezer and dishwasher are from October this year.
I moved out in October and the current tenant, who wanted to rent the apartment unfurnished, is leaving this Christmas so the apartment will be available from the January 1 (possibly before New Years Eve).
Some of the furniture in the pictures I’ve had to bring to my new residence but some bookshelves, storage and tables (as well as all the lamps) will be available if it would be of interest. Rent is 12000kr a month, and if you wish to share the apartment between 2-3 persons that is of course accepted. Pets are also welcome, but smoking inside will not be ok.
Rent includes everything except for parking, which can mostly be found just outside the building for a reduced cost.
I am intending to rent out the apartment during my own studies which will last 2-3 years, but perhaps a good way of starting would be 6 months to see how everything works out?
