Klostergatan 16 is very centrally located – only a few minutes from the city center. This building was a hotel until 2015 and is now converted into a modern student living. This location offers some unique social areas on the ground floor for our tenants, including a large sitting room, a common kitchen, gym and laundry facilities. There is also a café called Green Cup Café open for the public.
We have 232 student rooms in this building. Most rooms are about 23 square meters and all include private bathroom and kitchenette (with fridge, microwave oven and basic kitchen equipment). The kitchenette is only for heating and not heavy cooking or frying. The common kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and cooking stations can be booked by all tenants. The concept is dependant on communal responsibility and all tenants are expected to clean up after themselves after using the common facilities.
The rooms are furnished with a bed and mattress, pillow and quilt, chair, a desk or table, closet, curtains and ceiling lamp.

Monthly rent ranges from approx. 5100-5350 SEK/month (spring 2018) and includes electricity, heating and water. Internet is also provided. There is no wifi in the rooms, you connect via a net cable to the wall outlet. Wifi is only available in the social areas on the ground floor. You are expected to pay SEK 2500 deposit before arrival.

…bus stop: is called “klostergatan” but most buses stop at bus stop “Stadshuset” or “Dragarbrunn”, both of which are very close to Klostergatan.
